Helmed by choreographer-turned-director Remo D’Souza, Race 3 will have Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez in lead. And now, the makers have revealed that Poster Boys actor Bobby Deol will also be joining the lead cast.
Ramesh Taurani, the producer of Race 3, told, “I have worked with Bobby earlier and both Soldier and Naqaab were a great experience. He is an absolute delight to work with, very professional and a really nice guy. He will be styled differently in the film and you will see him in a never seen before avatar.”
Earlier reports had suggested that Emraan Hashmi may be cast in the hit franchise alongside Salman and even Sidharth Malhotra’s name was there. But now Bobby will act with Salman and Jacqueline.
Released on 21 March 2008, the first Race film starred Saif Ali Khan, Bipasha Basu, Akshaye Khanna, Katrina Kaif, Anil Kapoor and Sameera Reddy in pivotal roles. Saif Ali Khan was also cast in the sequel that released in 2013.
